Troubleshooting Sidekick
If you experience any issues, follow these steps to resolve them:

Ensure you have the latest version of Sidekick installed.

Confirm that you have valid Panviva user access.

Verify that your organization is registered to enable Sidekick. To do this, send an email to Support with your Organization Name and Tenant Code.
Example: If your Panviva URL is xyz-bank.supportpoint.com, your Tenant Code will be xyz-bank.

Ensure your organization has the Knowledge Anywhere tier and has configured responses within Digital Orchestrator Digital Orchestrator coordinates complex workflows and processes involving multiple systems and stakeholders by acting as a central hub. It is the control center for integrating, automating, and optimizing digital workflows and tasks across different systems..
